BI 042: Check Your Bills

A few months ago, I changed most of my monthly bills to auto pay. It frees me up to do other things and I don’t have to worry about late fees and finance charges. After living in my new home for a few months, the bills are finally rolling in. It took some time to understand my new water and power billing system. Unfortunately, things still didn’t add up. Take a listen to see why you should always check your bills.

    Good job! I think many of these organizations say they record their conversations. You may ask them if they do and they need to produce a recording of the conversation. Did they say how long the the investigation will take?

    I think this happens more than we care to admit. I am glad that you are fighting them over it. Many people would just let it slide because they don’t want to deal with the hassle of dealing with municipalities. Keep up the good fight.
