Boobie Palooza 2012 Recap

Last Sunday, I hit Boobie Palooza and it was a great time all around. The Ebell was buzzing with energy starting with the enthusiastic volunteers who assisted us at check in to the glowing moms and moms to be. Baby Buck is already four months so we are pretty comfortable with feeding. On top of that, we took several classes such as baby beginnings, breastfeeding, and car seat safety to prepare us for the new addition.

However, expecting parents will be hard pressed to find a better event filled with experts (Ricki Lake, Dr. Harvey Karp, Elliot Berlin, and Wendy Haldeman), vendors, and kid activities. Did I mention the beer garden, food trucks, and massage stations? Boobie Palooza helped celebrate world breastfeeding week and many moms showed their support. But as a dad, I also had a good time listening to the baby experts and learning about the latest and greatest baby gear.

Stay Inspired!

Date night is very important in a long term relationship. After the children grow up and leave, you still want to maintain a good relationship which needs to be nurtured throughout the marriage.

  2. Where were these fun activities when I was expecting. All we had was boring Lamaze, and when the time came… give me the DRUGS!!!!!

Haha I can imagine you doing that Barb! Guess I should be thankful. What’s going to happen to the next generation? The whole birthing process will have a circus act surrounding the bed?
