2014 Happy New Year! Resolutions or SMART Goals?
Last year, I strived to live today better than yesterday. Good in theory, but awful in reality. I got caught up with my 9 to 5 grind, being a dad, and wrapped up in everything else that life throws at you. My perfect resolution from last year was quickly forgotten and wasn’t even a thought in my head until yesterday when I thought about writing this post. A month and a half ago, I came across a helpful How to Set and Achieve Your Goals Everytime infographic. I now have an accompanying video describing the same concepts.

I’m really excited about the next twelve months. This time of year always excites me. I’m finally almost over that ghastly flu awfulness I had, thank goodness, and I want to get back into the rhythm of working regular hours again.
