10 Signs You Are Truly Happy
Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving! My Thanksgiving road trip included a succulent deep fried turkey, playing basketball, gun shooting, singing, a massage, and catching up with friends and family. After creating such happy memories, I thought about the happiness question again. What makes someone happy? This infographic has 10 signs that you are truly happy.
Are you happy? Which sign is your favorite and why?

I think I’m a pretty happy person though if I were to use the above as a gauge of my happiness it might not appear so. I need more exercise and I wish I could get enough sleep where I felt rested. I agree about the TV watching. I don’t watch much, not like I used to and back then I felt less happy. Now I probably need to unplug from the computer more, but it’s difficult considering all that I do on the computer now.
I’m guilty of not exercising and getting enough sleep too Lee! Don’t even mention using the computer haha. I don’t watch TV except for a recent binge watching of Breaking Bad. I do try to follow the other signs of smiling and living in the now. Still working on my self-trust issue.
I am pretty happy. I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I probably have more self trust than I should, but I am OK with that. Not living in the now describes my son much more than me. He is 12, though, so like many preteens he is easily distracted. We expect that he will become more focused with age.
You sound like you have things figured out. Interesting point about your son. Our teenage years are probably our most confusing. I should really try to act my age more haha!
Great points! I normally love going to work! I think it is another sign I am happy.
That sounds like sign number eleven to me KC!
Along with the TV, I would suggest turn off daily news as well! I did this for a month and I couldn’t be happier!
Money Cone, I just saw your comment. Couldn’t agree more! Or at least take a break from it!
Great advice about the news MC! Negative subjects like war, crime, and death always grab the headlines. Guess that is what sells papers?
These are pretty much spot on. However getting enough sleep is not always possible. Young parents can tell you about that! But getting a minimum of 7 hours will help you feel better all around, especially during stressful times, like the holidays! Wishing you a wonderful holiday season, Buck!
My sleep schedule is still off with a toddler. Need to do better in this department. Happy Holidays to you and yours Maggie!
