For me I’d put it the other way around. Finding a degree of career success brought me more happiness and made me more self-confident. I was kind of floundering in my life until I started into my show business career. I didn’t become a star or anything extreme like that but I fulfilled dreams I’d had for many years and had experiences to fill up a lifetime. Happiness and career definitely go hand in hand, but they are interchangeable in what leads to the other I think.

I agree with the thought! If you are happy at work, it usually will affect how much you can achieve.

  3. I always try to be cheerful and happy at work. Like the infographic points out, it makes me feel better and I think I do a better job. I have been told by others who work with or for me that they enjoy working with me because of my attitude and ability to get difficult things done.

Attitude makes a big difference on so many levels in our lives. Nobody wants to work with grouchy, ungrateful people. We all gravitate towards positive happy people instead.

  5. Being happy and satisfied with what you’re doing can work wonders in your life. I’ve observed that when people are doing well in other areas of their lives except work it seems that they can still feel discontent and anxiety. However when people are happy with work they tend to radiate this in the other parts of their life producing a work-life balance, we all aspire to achieve.

Work is just a big part of our lives, it is no surprise that if you have a good work situation it radiates to other aspects of your life. Another reason to make sure you find the right job. Thanks for sharing Marissa!
