Fresh and Easy Product Change, Kitchen to Go
I’ve been a long time fan of their 50% meals. Last week, my friend and I hit our local Fresh & Easy for lunch. What on earth happened?!?! Entire aisles of product were totally transformed! I thought a tornado hit and dropped a new store right on top of F&E. I’m a creature of habit and although the new concept looks interesting, I was totally thrown off. I wanted to leave the store immediately. Not to sound over the top, but I felt betrayed!
Besides the new labels and color schemes, there seems to be a slight price increase. My suggestion to the Fresh & Easy top brass, you need to ease your loyal customers to your massive product transformation. The least you can do is have an introductory sale of your new items. I may just be one customer, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way.
Will the folks at Fresh and Easy’s see my plea? What would you have done if you were launching a new product line?
