  1. I think it’s not just a fine resolution, but it’s a philosophy we should all embrace. Just because each day doesn’t seem to meet our aspirations hopefully our outlook on life improves where we can see the sunny side of even the seemingly bad days.

You can do it! It’s something I try to always strive for and even when the new day isn’t better, it still doesn’t mean failure. Sometimes we don’t realize a day’s total outcome until a ways down the road.

  2. I love the intro!!!!

That’a great resolution too. That’s a great way to improve yourself: commit to get better. You transitioned from a bad day at work to the basketball court and then from things not going awesome on the court to an inspired podcast!

  3. Now that I finally have my speakers working, I loved it! I think your resolution is very simple and attainable – you can think your way to having a better day. Happy New Year!

    1. Thanks Little House! Since we are on the same page, the resolution is simple and attainable. But for others who are not, it might be easier said than done. I believe it is up to us to help others make this resolution simple and attainable for themselves. Are you with me? Happy New Year to you, too!

    1. “In-Spy-Er. Buck In-Spy-Er” – in my best Sean Connery accent. Scottish? Not quite. But some people think I am from another country because of the way I speak. Very perceptive Kevin. Thanks!

  4. In my prayer journal this morning, I wrote almost those exact words – “With God’s help, I will make today better than yesterday”, as my resolution for the year. Then I googled it, and was led to your site. I am grateful that we share the same thoughts. For me, this thought occurred after examining that my major life changes seems to have phases marked in decade boundaries, and this year seems to start another cycle. I hope to begin a new decade of accomplishments, good habits and improved relationships, all finding their origin in this single change of attitude.
