Do you make resolutions? If so, how do they stack up with the list below?
I am approaching 2013 differently this year! First and foremost, I am committing to change. I am using the real purpose of resolutions to renew my commitment to volunteering, blogging (principally the writing), and time off. I will report quarterly how I am doing.
Sound great KC! Good luck with meeting your goals and look forward to your quarterly reports!
I never officially make resolutions but I do think about them. Getting more organized is a big one and eating healthy and losing weight are also on the list. Since I already quit smoking about 16 years ago I don’t have to think about that one.
Have a great 2013!
I’m glad you quit smoking Lee! Good luck with your organization and health goals. Thanks and have a great 2013 as well!
These are really interesting and I have found myself thinking of many of them. This year my goal is not to lose weight (for once). I have lost 82 lbs and my focus this year is going to be to keep my weight off. I hope to get organized one day,but I am not necessarily aiming for that intentionally in 2013:)!
I prefer goals to resolutions because they motivate me more and can have more tangible outcomes tied to them. But I do like this infographic a lot!
Nice thinking and good luck with your goals! I’m sure you will nail post of them as you usually do. I’m digging these infographics too. May use more in the future.
I didn’t realize I was so typical, my top three are:
Lose weight (15 pounds)
Stop smoking (for good this time)
Eat healthier (more veggies)
Last year was a crazy year and I achieved a lot, this year I need to focus on my body/health, I’m determined to tackle those three resolutions!
Great goals, good luck, and keep us posted! I’m looking to eat healthier and exercising more. My insurance company, Cigna, just called and said a health coach is one of my benefits. Let’s see what happens!
